Pump Assembly Tool Explore the features of this versatile pump design and tailor it to your specific requirements.

• Casing: Modify the casing with diameter from 200mm to 1000mm and length from 80mm to 400mm. Control the casing wall thickness between 5mm and 50mm.

Adjust inlet and outlet specifications for optimal performance.

• Piping: Set inlet pipe diameter from 50mm to 300mm and outlet pipe diameter from 40mm to 250mm. Change inlet pipe length (Y) from 50mm to 500mm and outlet vertical straight length (Z) from 50mm to 500mm.

Flange details can be specified for secure connections.

• Flanges: Flange thickness, ranging from 8mm to 40mm. You can also adjust the flange outer diameter between 100mm and 400mm.
• Bolts: Define bolt circle diameter (BCD) and bolt hole diameter, enabling you to match standard bolt patterns. BCD ranges from 80mm to 350mm, while bolt hole diameter goes from 8mm to 30mm. Display/hide bolt holes.

Further tune performance with outlet details and base plate dimensions.

• Outlet: Adjust the Outlet Elbow Radius between 50mm and 400mm.
• Base: Dimensions of the Base Plate Width (X) from 200mm to 1000mm, Base Plate Length (Y) from 300mm to 1500mm, and Base Plate Thickness (Z) from 5mm to 80mm.

Set your shaft properties.

• Shaft: Shaft diameter can be set from 10mm to 100mm, with a shaft length (Y) from 100mm to 800mm.

Select from a variety of colors to customize the style:

• Colors: Change the Main Color, Flange Color, Pipe Color, and Base Color.
