Deformation Display
Visualize how your model deforms under load with adjustable scaling.
Scale Factor
The deformation scale factor amplifies the displayed deformation to make it visible. A scale of 1x shows actual displacement, while 10x or 100x makes small displacements easy to see.
1x
Large deformations (nonlinear analysis)
10x–50x
Moderate deformations (typical structural)
100x+
Small deformations (stiff structures)
Undeformed Overlay
Toggle a semi-transparent undeformed mesh overlay to compare the original and deformed shape side by side. This helps identify which regions experience the most displacement.
Contour Lines
Display iso-value contour lines on the model surface for precise value identification.
Settings
Levels
10–50
Number of contour lines
Contour lines are color-coded to match the active color map, with each line representing an equal interval of the displayed scalar field.
Render Modes
Choose how the mesh is displayed.
Surface

Wireframe
Mesh edges only, no fill
Points
